Disappearing Act

So, yeah, it’s been a while. I’d like to say it’s because I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to eat in two weeks — don’t get me wrong, I’ve been busy — but it’s been more of hiatus. I haven’t felt all that motivated. But that’s exactly what makes or breaks the successful: fighting through the mediocrity and continuing work anyways. I’d kick myself if I just let this thing die.

It’s been an entertaining break though. As well as keeping myself entertained with a couple of the most recent video game releases, my buddy Gio (whom I mentioned we played a small show together at the local pub) and I played again at my other close buddy Warren’s house party, featuring 100 litres of fine locally brewed beer. (A big shout-out to Phillips!) Certainly a party to remember. On the business front, I’ve been working on wrapping up an identity project as well a portfolio project for a friend. This friend and I, along with two others, have also been working on starting up a company, which I hope to happily announce the launch of soon.

I’ll wrap this up before boring you with any further tedious personal details — you’ve all got lives of your own to live, so who’d bother reading about mine? Spare Change will pick up again shortly, for anyone anxiously sitting on the edge of their seat.

    Hey Colin!

T’was wondering what you were getting up to! Hope you don’t find it too creepy but I stop by from time to time. I’ve got my eye on you! Hope your company start up is going great!

    • Hey Erica! Nice to hear from you.

I’m not creeped out, but frankly disappointed you only drop by from time to time — you’re missing a lot of action. Thanks for the well wishes; this whole company thing has yet to get cooking, but I’m optimistic.

I hope everything is well for you at the Holy office. (That is, assuming you’re still there of course.)

Welcome back! I, too, pop in from time to time to see what you’re up to. You’ve got lots of talent in your head — let us know what comes next. Happy Holidays!
