Studio on Fire, a delicious design and letterpress studio, posted a write-up on the work they’ve done for a company called Space150. Sexy design and printing — of course, it’s letterpress — but the bit that caught my attention was Space150’s approach to their identity. According to the post, they do a complete redesign every 150 days (perhaps hence the name?).
That seems a little daunting, but perhaps ultimately freeing; I can imagine getting experimental and giving perfectionism a little longer of a leash. You know, having fun because ultimately it’s just going to change in 150 days, right?
